Old boiler out, new one in, and nothing left on the floor

We replace tired, old non-condensing boilers with modern condensing ones, altering the pipework to suit. On one job the condensate pipe was taken up into the loft to the soil pipe with a condensate pump, so there's no outside pipework to freeze and stop the boiler in winter.

Everything is piped, lagged, fixed and attached neatly, the waste goes with us, and you get a clear price up front.

“Martin replaced my 25 year old Ferolli non-condensing boiler. And replaced it with a Worcester Bosch 4000 35kw condensing boiler.
He altered pipework, added condensing pipework, which with the addition of a condensate pump, he ran into the loft to the soil pipe. No outside pipework which can suffer from freezing in the winter, causing the boiler to stop working. This gave me peace of mind. His work was very well done and everything piped/lagged/ fixed/attached neatly. Martin worked hard and cleanly. He did an excellent job, which my wife and myself are very pleased with.
Coupled with his knowledge in answering questions, advice and simply being very nice and easy to talk to, I can thoroughly recommend Martin and his company.”
